I opened Littleton Massage in February 2016 after many years of professional practice in the Healing Arts in the Littleton Area.
I am not a "Native" but I got here as quick as I could. I have lived a lot of places but since 1995 my heart has continuously brought me back here. In 2012 I graduated from the prestigious Colorado School of Healing Arts, and hold an AOS degree in Massage Therapy.
I am a Certified, Registered, and Licensed Massage Therapist with thousands of hours of education and experience.
I am a Reiki Master, a Crystalline Consciousness Technique Practitioner and am additionally certified in Reflexology,
Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage.
Intra Oral Massage can be utilized to support treatment of a variety of conditions, especially TMJ disfunction, Bruxism, Migraines, and Sinus issues. I am experienced in Diaphragm Release Work, Abdominal Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage for Specific Organ support and Detox.
I have training in Healing Touch, Polarity Therapy, Sound Healing, Trauma Touch Therapy, and Applied Kinesiology. I love learning, and growing and I've been on a mission to learn every modality I could to heal and support myself over the years as well as assist my clients, and I'll probably never stop expanding. I am continually seeking to learn new techniques for Energy Work, Body Work, and Massage Therapy, and uncover the "truth of all things" and I am here to support you on your journey to Healing and Wellness.
I began my "official" career in the healing arts in 2006, though it’s been a life long passion. I believe Body Work and Massage Therapy work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, and can help you enhance every aspect of your life. It's also my firm belief that most people have no idea how good they can feel.

A large part of my practice is dedicated to grief and trauma relief and support. I often work in conjunction with other practitioners including Therapists, Counselors, Acupuncturists, and Chiropractors. I have a LOT of experience working with chronic pain, injuries, and wellness support. As a former CMT @ Eaton Assisted Living Center in Lakewood, CO I have experience working with patients with degenerative and chronic conditions affecting elderly populations.
I have a HUGE passion for helping athletes perform better and have provided Massage Therapy to Weekend Warrior types and Olympic and Professional Athletes. I work with "Healers" of all kinds supporting them to do their own work out in the world.
I'm also a Mom, a Grandma, and a devourer of books, a Paddle Board Junkie, a Soccer Coach, and I love to garden and cook.
